I love these headphones, comfort excellent, sound quality superb and noise cancellation is really good
Bass was overpowering with noise cancellation off, just not good
This means all the bass is gone, and high treble is lost as they try and electronically nueter the sound as it blocks the external noise out.

Once again, while I have no other noise cancelling headphones to compare these to, I have no issues with these and don't really feel the need to get a costlier product.
Product doesn't work well with phone calls on both ends of the call

The noise canceling does gets a little finicky when you move your head quickly
One of the design upgrades with the E7 pro model is a brushed metal look on the outside of the ear cups, which does look sharp
The headphones don't collapse, so they aren't the most portable headphones in the world, but they do come with a nice hard shell case that does a good job protecting them
Although the headphones do a good job at noise cancellation, the active noise canceling does it better, but order to do so, the headphones must be still or the sound will muffle alot
Sound is good but the microphone does not work well while wearing the headphones

Looking around online, there seems to be a known issue with these related to their Bluetooth (seemingly the drivers) and having it show up multiple times with audio and voice+audio differently, that seems to cause the frequent disconnect issue
I also found the controls on the R ear very awkward to use and kept fast forwarding or rewinding when I meant to adjust the volume... actual buttons would be easier to use
