I am very disappointed that the bluetooth stinks on this headset because it's a nice looking headset and very comfortable fitting around the ears.

UPDATE : I had some problems with the connection on my first headphone, I made the below post and after a while I got contacted by the seller, that reviewed my commentary and informed me that I had a defective product, and then they offered me a replacement or a refund

Very close to a good product because of the great sound quality, noise cancelling, and sleek design

To me being able to plug in and listen is the bare minimum one would expect from any audio device.the second reason i don't like this product is that after i had charged it for the first time i began to hear static every time i start up a song or video, and it would last for 5 seconds before returning to normal

Battery life is fantastic and they are super comfortable!

These are super comfortable, the battery life is insane and has a cord that comes with it just in case the battery actually dies when you want to use it

I bought this set to isolate myself while I take exams in the same room as the loudest TV in the house

I felt really guilty at the fact that my own mistake got me a new set of headphones as an apology, I want to take a moment to really say thank you Cowin for such great, great costumer

but it is a tiny hole on the right ear, doesnt pick up well

and then they cut off again and only work in the right ear

My ears became a little sore after about an hour of usage, unlike my Bose QC 15

I was looking for headphones that were over the ear and not noise cancelling as my ears are very sensitive to pressure changes

Breathable and snug, and the noise isolation doesn't bother my ears until many hours into wearing.

It's like air sound suppression is great best sound esp bass and separation of stereo better get yours !!!!

An extremely attractive pair of high-quality headphones

This is an excellent pair of headphones and is everything I was expecting it to be

I received them earlier today and they are undoubtedly the most comfortable pair of headphones I've ever worn

Probably the best pair of Bluetooth headphones that I've owned yet

I returned them and purchased a cheaper pair that did work.

While these are not the noise canceling model they do a superb job of blocking out ambient sound when they're playing music.

Cowin should have better model # differentiation between their products.

I have the noise cancelling model, and can verify that it does cancel noise

HOWEVER, their slightly less expensive model DOES NOT have active noise cancelling circuitry.

They just couldn't provide clear and consistent signal reception.

never would keep a signal, now has since broken at the earpiece

Using them inside with a bluetooth usb transmitter from my monitor, I get mostly consistent signal as long as the phones have line of sight to the transmitter and stay within about 10 feet

When listening to music yes you do hear NOTHING but the music so the noise cancellation part is correct but at times the music goes in and out as if you are losing signal

However they keep diconecting and I have to at least be 5 feet away from my phone or it will start losing signal.

In mid-July, I ordered a pair of these non-noise-cancelling bluetooth headphones on a recommendation, and I can confirm that all of the things you've heard about comfort and sound quality are true

The headphones fit very well over the ears, and even though I have the non-noise canceling ones, the surround sound is brilliant

The noise canceling works pretty well with background noise (like being on and airplane) but not so well against something like a baby crying right next to you

It removes the background noise that can sap your energy in busy environments

Pairing with phone was easy but connection was horrible

Also, if I put my phone in my pocket, I lose connection completely

My new pair does not have bad bluetooth connection whatsoever

Wired, these headphones have a solid, consistent connection

The Bluetooth function works fine when your head is near your device, but the E7s don't have a very strong connection to the device

Sometimes though if you hold your phone at certain angles, can lose the connectivity and frazzle your connection

When I say died the bluetooth connectivity stopped completely - as did using the cord provided by the company to plug from my phone to the headphones.

A dead battery = unit cannot be turned on = aux will not work.

I don't know if this is a defective unit or a general problem with the design, but absolutely unusable for phone calls and not recommended for that purpose.

We determined that it was a defective unit that was shipped to me and the vendor offered me a completely brand new replacement

I can only compare to the original defective unit I received but I am extremely impressed with the quality and customer service.

I received an email from the seller 2-weeks ago stating that they felt I may have received a defective unit and offered me a credit or send a new unit.
