I bought this for my PS4 to get virtual surround on my headphones, as well as experience hifi sound while gaming on it

However, it is the best amp for beginners due to its versatility

This is the best DAC/AMP combo for PC gaming you can buy.

I have a better amp for my living room, but this is set up at my computer and is perfect for its use as a stereo amp for playing music here and there, playing youtube videos, etc

The only thing I wish was that the output of 300ohm (there are two settings - low impedance and high impedance) would be even more flexible - since my headphones have an impedance of only 22, this still seems rather high

As a result, it saturates the input signal with moderate boosts, leading to popping, crackly output.
