Everything was fine except for the rosin, if you're thinking about buying this but another better rosin.
-
The rosin came shattered but I replaced for less than $5
-
The rosin that came with it was dry rotted and had to be replace (around 15 dollars), the case is sturdy and my daughter loves it overall
-
The rosin was destroyed and powdery
-
My wife loves it and tuned well with the tuner but don't like the light rosin
-
great buy; easy to play; very lightweightdid not like the rosin that came with it
-
Ive spent three and a half hours tuning, applying rosin, and tensioning the bow, and the thing will barely whine at all
-
Well the rosin was a little hard, but that's
-
and the rosin is terrible
-
The rosin works if you read the directions
-
The rosin was hard to use and the case strap didn't hold when i adjusted it
-
Fantastic rosin
-
The package is missing a bridge and also missing a rosin.
-
Also came with a cheap but decent rosin
-
After i ran some sandpaper over it the Rosin worked well
-
The rosin is pretty bad but that is cheap to replace.
-
It was like $55-$60, and for the $ it sounds fine, came with a decent bow, good rosin, great tuner & awesome hard case
-
Yes this violin set will need some better rosin (just about all starter packs come with crap rosin
-
Only problem was a rosin it was extremely hard to open, once opened it was cracked and dried out, the company was great and is shipping another
-
The rosin was scattered all over the small top compartment of the violin case shattered in pieces
-
Well the rosin was a little hard, but that's
-
so I did order a dark rosin
-
great buy; easy to play; very lightweightdid not like the rosin that came with it
-
The rosin crumbled on its first use and the bow ran across the strings for no more than two songs before the hairs began snapping
-
I hear darker rosin has better hold on the strings.
-
The rosin works well enough and is actually quite nice
-
This time the violin only came with one bow, a very cheap rosin with air bubbles
-
I rosined the bow with nice rosin I also bought on Amazon
-
The rosin was partially broken, but that's easily fixable with some time in the oven
-
I would suggest picking up some better rosin.
-
Its okay for a beginner, but make sure and get rosin, cause the rosin that comes with it is no good.
-
Rosin was poor but it was not dark like I prefer so it didn't matter
-
I also feel that the rosin is cheap; cheap for a cheap instrument
-
The only thing not good rosin
-
The violin doesn't look as it does in the picture, the pegs are broken and don't hold, the rosin is awful, and mine came late.
-
A good quality rosin will run about 5-10 USD
-
You might want to consider getting a better rosin but what do you expect with the price
-
I suggest buying your own rosin though, the rosin it comes with isnt very good
-
The Rosin that came with it was broken
-
Paint job is horrible on the one I
