In order to see the lines I have to shine a bright light on top of the bright pad at the highest setting.

You have to put things at a certain angle in order to see, way too much trouble and time; I do much better with the house light

So this things works well and has some really bright settings but for heat transfer vinyl it does seem to really show the cut lines for weeding
