On the third or fourth year lid won't pop up when you press a button to open, you have to push it open which could be a bit tricky if your kettle is still hot from the previous use

It has very little water left and tries to keep boiling a tiny bit of water for no reasond

A bit disappointing in an $80.00 product.

I wouldn't recommend for carrying long distances because it is a bit heavy and awkward to hold once filled with water and heated but working on the counter right next to it works

I think that the boiling the water at different temperatures is a bit of a gimmick, we didn't like our tea not made with boiling water (what we are used to after 40 years I suppose)
