I've taken a liking to loose leaf tea, and when one goes down that path one finds that the water temperature starts to make a difference with some of the more delicate green and white teas.

I'd strongly recommend this kettle to anyone regularly drinking loose leaf tea.

Does not retain the heat as well as I would like perhaps, but is otherwise a great kettle.
