    • this hot pot is great! have only used it about a month, heats up quickly and is easy to use and easy to clean.

    • It's a great replacement for a traditional teapot, sure, but it's also nice to speed up things like boiling a pot of water -- we cook noodles a lot, and now we put half the water in pan and half in this, and it's boiling in half the time.

    • The keep-warm function is an added bonus that few other pots had, and also love the temp selection, since we drink the gamut from french press coffee to every single tea listed on the buttons--it IS true that you do well to match the water temp to the tea so not to have bitter tea.
