This thing is awesome

The 160°/"Delicate" setting almost did the same thing, pegging the meter at least at 220°.The whole point of this stupid thing was so that I didn't have to fiddle with heating up and cooling down and heating up and cooling down boiling water in the morning to get 200°.What a piece of garbage.

Trust is a thing of the past.

My product was within the 3yr warranty range and the best thing they could offer was a replacement AT MY COST.

This thing works quickly and allows you to set the temperature to common settings needed for loose teas.

This thing is the best!

We loved this thing so much and must have used it 3 to 4 times a day for the last 5+ years and still holding strong

To have a unit which will not open for refills is not a good thing

When I used this for the first time, the immediate thing I found out was that the outside was extremely hot, as opposed to the Black and Decker.

only bad thing is with hard water, the element inside starts to develop scale on it.

Nothing happens when pushing the "open" button, and prying it free seems impossible or likely to break things all together.
