I don't see any problems with filling the water, pouring the coffee out of the carafe, the grinds over spilling, drips on the hot plate, difficulty opening the lid of the carafe or anything else mentioned in other reviews

No matter how we pour the cofee (slowly, fast, manipulate the lid, tilt the pot one way or the other, etc

The locking lid for the thermos is a mess - difficult to fit exactly and the drain is insufficient.

Lot's of options to like the "bold" button that makes the coffee a bit stronger (I always use that), and you can set how long it keeps your coffee hot up to 3 hours
