The only "issue" is that there is more clean-up than with a non-grinding coffeemaker but that is a small price to pay for excellent coffee.

Good coffeemaker

Within 2 months the coffeemaker stopped grinding and did not keep the coffee warm after brewing.

We had this coffeemaker for less than 4 months, when we had a couple times where it would start spewing coffee from the basket.

It beeps to tell you when the coffee is ready, as well as when the warmer plate shuts off :

, it'll work just as well as if you bothered to dry it.

Also the grinder is not as easy to clean as you are made to believe, if using a very moist coffee bean the grinds would end up caked in the grinding shoot and a brush would not get them out

Works exactly as you would expect.

The top easily lifts off to add the beans as well as to clean it.
