Having been in retail management all my life, this is HORRIBLE customer service.

I would have expected a better customer policy than this from Cuisinart.

At this point I would certainly not recommend this product, 4 months dead in the water and poor customer service.

Incredible customer service

Seems like quite a bit of hassle to a customer for a manufacturing problem that obviously is not the customer's fault
