Love my new coffee maker, this model is not as loud as other grind and brews that I have..however the alarm on the unit is really low and I can barely hear it.

It worked ok for the first 10 months but the grinder stopped working and now it is useless as a grind and brew coffee maker.

we do have to "trick" the coffee maker by setting the brew dial to 2-3 cups greater than amount of water.

Also the grinder is not as easy to clean as you are made to believe, if using a very moist coffee bean the grinds would end up caked in the grinding shoot and a brush would not get them out
