Not only did this grinder not last, it did a awful job at grinding
-
No only does this do a poor job of grinding beans, as it takes forever to get a good fine grind, but the poor design doesn't keep all the coffee grinds contained in the grinding cup
-
Get a bottom-rung Mr. Coffee or Proctor Silex; it'll do a better job.
-
I found that if I ground just enough for a few cups, it did a better job, but was never really satisfactory overall

It is compact, nice to look at, and does a wonderful job of grinding
-
This unit is simple enough to clean, and does a fair job of insulating the motor heat from the beans, but it is still a chopping unit
-
Looks nice, and does a great job.
-
Even though it's easy to use and clean it doesn't do a good job of grinding.
-
Just out of the box last night, it did a good job of converting cinnamon sticks to a nice powder
-
This grinder looks great, and it does a good job grinding
-
It really does a great job and it is compact
-
Does a great job without a mess.
-
The stainless cup on this does an excellent job of not producing static
-
it also doesnt do a very good job at actually grinding the beans
-
It did a great job, but I liquidated a bunch of stuff when I moved out of the country and I gave it away
-
It's not a burr grinder, but it is quick, relatively quiet and does a decent job
-
So even though Cuisinart did a really great job of design I'll most likely never buy another Cuisinart branded product
-
And expensive even if it did work when other grinders do a much better job for cheap.
-
I found that if I ground just enough for a few cups, it did a better job, but was never really satisfactory overall
-
Gets the job done but quite noisy and there is always overflow from the grinder to the outside of the unit
-
When it worked, it did a good job
-
Doesn't do a particularly spectacular job of grinding, either.
-
I prefer grinding my coffee beans fresh everyday and this does a decent job

It does a great job but leaves a trail of grounds behind.
-
it also doesnt do a very good job at actually grinding the beans

My old Cuisinart grinder is quiet and has done a great job for me.
-
This does as well a job of chopping beans as many less expensive models, so the the only plus features of this are the style and ease of cleaning, for that it is quite nice
-
I had a cheap coffee grinder that did a great job but finally gave out
-
I bought this grinder about a year ago thinking it would not only last a long time, but do a great job
-
We use this unit every day, and it has done a great job each and every time now for about a year
-
It does a great job grinding, can grind coarse or very very fine powdery coffee - and everything in between
-
It does a great job and is very versatile.
-
Did I also mention that it does a very mediocre job grinding the beans

-
Does the job very well and is modestly priced
-
It does a lousy job with them in any event, not getting them down to a fairly even powder, or even a reasonably even size
-
Built like you'd expect from Cuisinart - good capacity; does a nice job.
-
I grind coffee once a week and it has done a good job
-
but if you've got flax seeds, it does a fine job and with much less noise then the krups.
-
Does a great job when it works
-
Good Job Cuisinart.
-
So, in the morning you are greeted with a nasty job rather than a nice "wake-up sleepy head" cup of coffee

-
They simply did a poor job on grinding the beans, even at their finest settings

This grinder, though, does a great job with raw or toasted flax seeds, or with any other nut or nut-like food
-
My old cheap one at $18 is doing a better job fasterCaution:
-
Easy to clean including in the dishwasher, the inner cup is removable, looks nice, the cup holds a large quantity as compared to other grinders I have hadCons: Can't adjust grind, kind of noisy, doesn't do a great job with nuts or spices
