    Cuisinart Grind Central Coffee Grinder

    • As you see from the picture, the grinder cup doesn’t go all the way to the top of the lid
    • It looks like the entire blade is going to come out now...also bought the can opener that matches the coffee grinder and coffee maker and it never worked...the way it was designed it was almost impossible to get it to catch on to the can!
    • Got this as a gift- half way through grinding my 1st bag of coffee beans the motor burnt out
    • I've tried mixing the grinds with a spoon or my finger half way through grinding to get the coffee dust (fine grounds) mixed with the boulders but to no avail
    • There's a tiny gap between the removable metal cup and the lid, and while grinding, the coffee grounds work their way between that space, so that when you take off the lid, there is no way to avoid the grounds ending up all over the counter, and generally just all around the surface and edge of the grinder
    • You can not adjust how fine of a grind it gets any other way than shaking it around and hoping that the beans that are stuck on the bottom get thrown back up for another pass through the 2 blades, chunks and even whole beans are sometimes left
    • It doesn't completely grind all of the beans, even with small amounts grounds work their way under the lip and get all over the place.
    • The motor died way sooner than expected
    • Now that the blades have gone dull, there's no way to grind ANY amount as most of the beans are either ground to a fine powder or barely nicked
    • The main problem with this unit is the way the blade and shaft are held in the cup.
    • Inexpensive way to ensure I have a great cup of coffee for me and my wife every morning.
    • so it is loud and doesn't grind all the way
    • While it grinds nicely, there is just no way to use this product without making a mess
    • I will never buy Cuisinart again as I find this an unethical way to do business
    • Simple way to fresh grind my coffee every morning
    • There's a tiny gap between the removable metal cup and the lid, and while grinding, the coffee grounds work their way between that space, so that when you take off the lid, there is no way to avoid the grounds ending up all over the counter, and generally just all around the surface and edge of the grinder
    • It lacks any way to stow the cord, but it's _round_, so it's easy to wrap the cord around it.
    • When grinding the coffee beans, it pushes the ground coffee up and to the sides, and without a seal on the lid, some coffee does make its way to the top and overflows, which frustrates my wife
    • Mine also jammed this same way, so I conclude this must be a design flaw or they're producing a large number of "lemons" lately
    • but... every damn one breaks down one way or another
    • The grounds creep their way through the thin gap between the cup and plastic cover... grounds get on the lip and in the motor housing and eventually all over your work surface.
    • We have found that shaking it up/down as it grinds helps produce a very evenly ground coffee
    • (A brush would probably work just as well or better than a plastic spoon.
    • recommended A+++
    • We had to return it to Amazon because the ground coffee leaked out as it was being ground
    • I have a larger Cuisinart coffee grinder that does gind more evenly, but I love this smaller grinder as it is not so noisey and is so fast
    • Dissatisfied as they make such great coffee makers
    • You count to 25 as it grinds awa y
