    • So easy to use and make perfect ice cream and gelato and frozen yogurt
    • Having said all that, though, I think it makes delicious creamy smooth ice cream and gelato
    • From Grapefruit so-bet to Lemon Gelato.
    • Depending on where one lives, good gelato can be hard to find
    • Don't get me wrong, the recipes in the booklet will make a good ice cream/gelato, I'm sure, but I didn't want just a good ice
    • The only comment I'd make is that the mixing bowl gets VERY cold by the time your batch is done .... makes sense that it does, but as you're trying to clean the Gelato off of the mixer paddles, your fingers can get a bit chilled.
    • Well-balanced ice cream recipes yield average results; gelato poor results
    • Awesome machine does all the work for you and makes a great tasting ice cream and gelato!!
    • This unit is easy to use, and makes fantastic gelato and ice cream
    • Depending on where one lives, good gelato can be hard to find

    • Makes great gelato!
    • I swear, homemade Gelato beats out Store Bought by a mile and is even better than the best Gelato I had in Italy! No preservatives - just goodness.
    • but maybe I am a bit reluctant because after having ice cream made by the most famous and BEST gelato makers in (Giollitti) don't want to disappoint myself
    • So far, my favorite gelato flavors have been Sicilian Crema (tastes like creme brûlée), lemon, pistachio, vanilla, cherry, and peaches
    • Other than than, the Gelato was amazing.
    • One annoying problem i have is getting the finished gelato off the paddle and into a bowl or container

    • Leaving Italy, I knew that I would miss gelato more than anything
    • (Gelato has less fat than ice cream.
    • So far, my favorite gelato flavors have been Sicilian Crema (tastes like creme brûlée), lemon, pistachio, vanilla, cherry, and peaches
    • Doesn't freeze as hard as I would like, however placing mix after freezing in freezer for about 1 hour gave it good body
    • Perfect for the lazy af people who still want to show prowess in the kitchen.- super easy to use- super easy to CLEAN- makes ice cream smooth as
    • This item freezes as it stirs.
    • Also the ICE-100 doesn't freeze as to the soft serve stage so you have to let the ice cream harden in the freezer for at least a couple hours
    • Advantage of the ICE-100 is you can use it continuously over and over to freeze as much as you want, whereas the pre-freezable unit is a one-time use then need to refreeze for ~24 hours
    • n’t take a chance on this device, it wont work and Cuisinart wont back up their device.
    • I have made home made ice cream for years with the cheap o$20 ones where you need ice cream salt and a motor churns it in a bucket of freezing water
