Horrible product.

If you don't want soft-serve viscosity product, leave time (2 hours or so) to put the ice cream in your freezer to harden more

It's a little bulky and heavy so storage is a bit of a problem for me, but it's a great product and highly recommend it!

The product usually presents problems with one year of use, that is, it is a low quality product in normal use!Here in Brazil, they do not accept to repair the product because it was bought in the USA, it would be advisable for the manufacturer to get another partner here in Brazil, to cover technical assistance regarding the brand and not where the product was purchased.

When I made cherry ice cream with fresh cherries, I really did not like the end product with the fresh frozen cherries.

The single dasher vs the double on the ice cream incorporates less air resulting in a dense finished product

makes a better finished product and 2) the texture made in this machine is better than store bought.

I use this product at a restaurant and not only has it kept up with our high demand by being able to produce multiple batches, it makes an outstanding product each and every time

Product stopped working after two uses and Cuisinart was slow to respond and, after many efforts to contact them, told me I would have to ship it back at my own expense and pay shipping and handling on the replacement unit

Good product , makes excellent once cream , capacity is a bit small and the motor is not as strong as it should be because it got jammed when I added the nuts before the end by 20 minutes , sorted out by adding the nuts 25 minutes before the end

I have made home made ice cream for years with the cheap o$20 ones where you need ice cream salt and a motor churns it in a bucket of freezing water

n’t take a chance on this device, it wont work and Cuisinart wont back up their device.
