It works great and homemade ice cream is way better than store bought.

I read was of the reviews that said it works great at the beginning but after a few months it won't freeze your ice cream etc

But, now, I can make my beautiful homemade ice cream with this bowl.

Then, because of a lack of the things commercial ice cream has in it, when you freeze the ice cream it freezes solid

He loved ice cream, and so I would mix up a batch of Carnation Instant Breakfast, or mix up a batch of Ensure Powder, or other Whey Protein Powder with milk, and then freeze it into an "ice-milk", then top it with a little chocolate sauce, and that way I could get him to eat as much as he wanted

(maker works great if you don't mind waiting a bit for harder ice cream.
