It had a solid bottom, not open to dispense the soft serve.

I wish I would have bought the Cuisinart IceCream maker that wasn't the soft serve machine

Love the soft serve machine and an extra freezer bowl is a must

The bowl doesn't have a hole in the bottom (for the soft serve) so the ice cream won't leak out when you take it out of the machine

An extra freezer bowl for the soft serve maker definitely comes in handy

In the sample video that is posted on Amazon, they should actually make the ice cream and not just show what the machine looks like.

I loved that machine so much, I couldn't wait for my bowl to refreeze to make more.
