I've been fortunate enough to have found a second machine as well as the backup bowl and have been thrilled that they are still in great condition after several years and many gallons of ice cream.

I was excited to get a Cuisinart Soft Serve Ice Cream Machine in my hands, which it turned out didn't have the freezer bowl with it anymore.

Love the machine, love having a "backup" bowl in the freezer.

It's a very effective machine, and rarely does a given mix require a full 20 minutes to complete.

The machine itself is great and the freezer bowl doesn't take up too much room in the freezer

The machine works but this is a bad fault that should be at least explained by Cuisinart.
