Great machine if it worked.

The machine still works, but since the grinding base is jammed and the cup itself is loose, spinning around when you hold the lid down, you can't grind anything

So, the machine requires full cleaning after each session

As long as you turn the machine off and loosen the nut or bean or other obstacle turn the machine back on and it will work fine

Perfect I dried orange peel and ground it up.

I'm hoping Cuisinart will replace it so will update if I hear from them, but really bummed as I liked the grinder for what I was doing
