Too bad shoddy workmanship ruined an otherwise good experience.

Product leaked , poor workmanship

I use Chock-full-o nuts ground coffee which we have always used

The K was very good but at about 75cents per cup it was too expensive

We got tried of racing all over for less expensive K-cups

I did not purchase this from Amazon (which I love) but am posting this review here, as well as on my purchase site, to warn the public.

Works as I expected.

I wish the stainless felt more substantial and that the black stainless was as dark as in the photo - I feel I paid extra for something that isn't what it is advertised to be

After each fill, it is necessary to wipe up the spilled water from the side of the unit, as well as from the counter top

Bottom line, you will be very satisfied with your first cup of coffee regarding the coffee flavor and temp, as well as the tight footprint of this maker on your counter top!
