This burr grinder does a far better job and a better cup of joe
It is nice to have a one touch grinder but not when it doesn't do the job well enough, and I don't want to have to pour the grinds through a second time just to get it fine enough.
Not much to say about this grinder except that it does a great job of creating an even grind at every level between espresso and French roast
This grinder does a great job, is easy to clean, and appears to be well built
It does a great job, but I am pretty sure it's louder than when I bought it
All I can say is although the Cuisinart is good for what it is and I’d still be using it, if it wasn’t for me getting this great deal on the commercial grinder
Variable grind and a decent size bean hopper, looks nice.
I love that I know just need to dial a coffee grind level and amount and let the hopper and grinder do the work.
I cleared out the hopper and tried to clean the grinder the best I
The variation of grind is wonderful on this grinder, and the hopper is always free of any beans after I grind -- no stragglers deep inside to get stale and sour the next pot
I cleared out the hopper and tried to clean the grinder the best I
My next/final one will be a highly regarded, serviceable, conical burr grinder with a glass receptacle - that's all I know so far
We had two handheld grinders that broke before I finally gave in and decided to upgrade to a nicer burr grinder
The Cuisinart supreme grind burr mill seems well made, sturdy
This is a great option for an affordable Burr grinder that works when you don't want a hand crank.
Take away- remove hopper and clean burrs every so often, the 2 year warranty with manual does not apply to refurbs, Don't let grounds build up between grounds container and inside of wall of grinder
I am not a big fan of plastic reservoirs where static electricity invariably hangs on to grind dust on its walls but, for this kind of sundry general grinding, I am very happy with the Cuisinart DBM 8FR.
In fact, it creates so much static electricity while grinding that it sends grinds floating into the air
The only sort of set-back I have is the plastic receiving chamber is naturally magnetic (static electricity) so it can be just a little messy, but at this price point, I expect these kinds of things and won't let it affect my five-star rating
I like it because I can grind as much or as little as I
