Fast warm up, even, picture perfect browning

This was on a heat setting of "5" and they were a perfect golden brown

The waffles were well browned and soft in the center.

Set it between 4 and 5 nice and golden brown

Love love this waffle maker, it ranges from blonde to golden brown and it pleases the whole family

The only thing I can critique is that the heating element doesn't go all the way out to the edge of the waffle zone, so the outer edges don't get as golden brown as I would like

The waffles come out golden brown, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside

However, when the timer beeped, and I lifted the lid and saw how evenly golden brown the waffles were, I felt relieved (I used a 4.5 setting that turned out to be perfect for me)

We like our waffles browned and crisp so for the first test run, I turned it all the way up to 6.

That recipe was thicker to start out with and was incredibly light and fluffy, again on a setting of "5" for a perfect golden brown
