The flipping works as expected and is sturdy as well as the drip pan is metal which came in handy

Highly recommended for evenly cooked, crispy, deep pocket waffles every time.

Like that you can rotate it so it's evenly cooked on both sides!

Easy to use and no guessing at how long Ready light comes on and it ready

It cook very good but in my case the ready light on the other side does not comes on, so i have to guess when it is ready

This has no sound, and the lights are hard to tell when they come on.

Its not worth my time returning it just to get another one for $20 less, but I do feel that I was mislead

The handle works well and has no problems, but feels like really cheap plastic, making me worry about how long I can actually use this.

But the bigger problem is that the hinge bears all the weight when you flip the plate during cooking and it’s made of cheap plastic

the arm that holds the plates is made of cheap plastic and broke within the first month of normal use

The plastic broke off at the hinge at the back where it attaches to the base, the bearing and spring fell out.
