Cuisinart WAF-F10 Maker Waffle Iron, Single, Stainless steel

    • EVER!OK SO, The ready lights turn on when it heats up
    • Fresh out of the carton the power and ready lights did not illuminate
    • If you're not standing directly in front of the waffle maker, you will not see the LED light turn on, which indicates that your waffle is done.
    • When the ready light comes on, you put it back up right and wait for the ready light
    • What I really dont like about this unit is the dinky weak LED inside of the ready light
    • Wish the Power and Ready Light was brighter
    • You have to watch for the blue ready light to light up
    • Easy to use and no guessing at how long Ready light comes on and it ready
    • When you put the batter in and flip it over to cook, the other ready light (the one that tells you when the waffle is done) goes off after 30 seconds no matter what the setting is on
    • But the instructions are pretty simple: you let the waffle maker heat up (ready light will come on) and you spoon a cup of waffle batter onto the surface, you close the iron, and flip the iron over.
    • With other things to do to pull breakfast together, I can’t always be checking if the READY light came on.
    • Try this advice: set your machine to number 5 and after the blue light says ready, wait 5 more minutes before you put the batter in and then set it to number 4 and a half and cook it for 4 minutes even if the light says ready give it 4 minutes to get a nice golden brown light waffle.
    • It cook very good but in my case the ready light on the other side does not comes on, so i have to guess when it is ready
    • The pix on Amazon was of the older one where the temp control know and on/off switch and ready light were on the base while the newer Cuisinart version I just received has the temp control and lights on the cooking elements
    • Ready light on both sides is nice.
    • This has no sound, and the lights are hard to tell when they come on.
    • Unless you are standing right over the the unit, you cant see this pale light a few feet away
    • the waffle iron is plugged in and has the power light and ready light on
    • The light is very accurate for everything I’ve tried so far which is frozen regular waffles to hash brown waffles
    • Both power and ready light stay constant
    • As some have also written, it would also be nice to have a bell when the READY light comes on.
