Excellent product - used around holidaysmade 8 dozen pizzelles in one day with no problems - iron maintained even heat throughout the day

This is a FANTASTIC press...it gets very hot and is easy to clean

The light indicator which shows when the press is ready and when the pizzelle is ready is extra special (remember my previous press was over 20 years old)

The recipe of basically flour, butter, eggs, and sugar could be improved.

This is one of the most dangerous pizzelle irons I have ever purchased

I even tried holding the handle together to see if that helped to get a crisper cookie but that also failed to get a traditional crisp pizzelle.

if you set the temp at 3.5 it makes the perfect pizzelle, it makes the best perfect pizzelle's
