Settings help you get evenly cooked cookies

I don't dislike anything, it works perfectly and the cookies are delicious.

We have not tried to make stroopwafels with this unit, but I suppose you might be able to split the cookies in half while warm, provided your fingers will put up with making them.

the unit(s) comes with good recipe recommendations, and so far mine has held up to the making of thousands of cookies - and 2) this new press seems to be just as nice as my original, same exact cookies, with improvements to the press latch and the overall footprint of the device (it takes up slightly less space and has sturdier footing)
