I was looking forward to an easy to use well supported Video, Audio & Photo Editing software and must say it offers a lot of good but quickly noticed phone support cost the customer cash
When dealing with troubleshooting it's inconceivable to me that there is a charge for phone support especially when there is software out there for a fraction of the price where you can get a live person on the line no problem
Then, if that's not annoying enough you try to get a hold of someone on the phone and come to find out any phone support whether it's customer service, order issues, or technical support is offered for $30 in unlimited form for 2 months

In all my experience in almost 20 years of image and video editing, I had no program with which you can quickly and simply such grand results as with PowerDirector 16.It is really easy to work with
I do not recommend this program at all until they fix it
This program is very buggy
There are more than 9000 files available on the site to discover and download, here is something for everyone, and all for FREE.What is also great is the speed of the software, I dare to say that it is one of the fastest programs for image and video editing on the market
This is an easy to use and powerful program and I can easily recommend it over competing brands.
The screen grab bonus software works great without dropping frames whine recording video
On installation of the 'Extra Content', it blue-screened windows and corrupted the registry
