Using v.15, I opened a short project created with v.10 and burned a DVD with it after making no changes, which produced the same blurring; the DVD produced with v.10 did not blur still images

Yes, it has a lot of great tools that you can use to edit your movies, but I have wasted hours upon hours of my time, frustrated as I can't seem to get the program to work
