The first time using it wouldn't cut the B string or high E string, very disappointing.
Works as expected, having a winder and a cutter in one device is a nice idea.
Nice as expected for the price, pin puller doesn't quite work all the time.
It runs the entire gambit of emotion where you are almost to that magical D flat (or likely E for some folks) only to have the string lose its tension and require even more tuning
I have not yet tried the string cutter feature, so perhaps one of three features will work as expected.

Poor quality, cheap metal, cheap plastic, and the product arrived deformed
The metal on the 'cutter' is too soft, and the action too sloppy, so instead of cutting the string, the cutter itself ended up getting a string-shaped divot in it which makes it useless for cutting
Works as it's supposed to, and it was very reasonably priced as an add-on item with other things I was already buying from Amazon.
When trying to cut the thin strings, the metal of the wire cutter actually got dented by the string, since the string is made of a harder metal than the winder (I'm using D'Addario strings, they're not any harder than usual)

This is the best tool I have ever used for changing guitar strings.

The screw gets loose as you're turning it and that causes the key holder portion to wobble.
I tightened the screw and it still works
The screw that holds the actual winder in place will probably come loose before you have finished restringing a single set so keep a screwdriver handy too.
