These strings are great for those pesky bar chords that always sounded a bit dead for this newbie.
-
But the strings that are made of wound metal do squeak a little bit.
-
As a guitarist who mainly plays electric, these were a bit tricky to install on my classical at first, but a quick tutorial online helped me
-
The other two trebles are very nice, however i consider them to be a bit loose and have sustain problems (the sustain problems present themselves after about 3 or 4 months, which is the time to replace strings anyway)
-
They always seem to be a bit bright yet with a mellow tone that I like.
-
I know quite a bit of music theory, and often break things down and analyze them vigorously
-
Also, last pack I got had two Bs instead of an B and E. WEIRD!
-
I miss not having to continue to re-tune, but it is good on the fingers
-
In this tuning, the low E (now D) string is loosened, which exacerbates the lateral movement problem
-
Always i need one week for the new strings stay tuned, but this time has been very difficult and the E string (string six) broke in the process
-
The top E was coming apart as I was putting it on, and the bottom E never got above Db before popping
-
Better projection and durability than ukulele strings twice the price, plus an extra E and A string for making metal threaded cat bone necklaces!
-
High E broke before even tuned
-
The E-A-D-G-B sound nice, just need to work out that High E.
-
Was just getting my high E in tune and it broke
-
For some odd reason the top E string broke within a few days of putting a new set on, which was a bit annoying
-
I used these so I could tune E to e as opposed the A to a tuning as purchased
