I have taught public school orchestra for the past nine years and I have found that these strings are great for the cost.
My kids are in a high school orchestra and the strings are perfect for that.
Great strings for students - good sound, hold up just as well as the more costly D'Addario and much more inexpensive
This is a decent string, as you would expect coming from this brand
I would not recommend any other string to beginners.
