I since purchased through Amazon the Super Loud Alarm Portable Clock for about $15 and love it and the alarm on regular setting is fine, and the loud setting is extremely loud which I like

Only down side is the alarm is way too loud!!!!

If you're not careful you can pick the wrong alarm.

The alarm is very soft but I like the ability to set the snooze time.

What we like most is the alarm.

PERFECT small digital alarm clock includes everything i need at a glance, the day - date - time - month....

The time kept resetting itself, and the alarm wasn't loud enough

But it's got a lot of useful functions (multiple alarms, multiple snooze "episodes", temperature, etc.) and works just fine.
