The dislikes:My number one dislike would be the ANR and on ear interaction

Excellent ANR and passive audio and perfect Blue Tooth configuration.

It wasn't repairable, so I went shopping for another good ANR headset

I've noticed that the ANR, while effective, doesn't work as well with an on ear set as it does with an over the ear set

The ANR of this headset is marvelous

If you are switching to this headset from using a Bose or Lightspeed, you might appreciate the ANR more than others, but considering when I flew with the A20s, I usually forgot to turn the ANR on and it worked just fine with it over my ears

I also tried out the Bose over the ear headset and that one had fantastic ANR and was quite comfortable, but couldn't justify the expenditure

The ANR on this baby is really decent and comparable with the Bose A20

These are not as quiet as an over the ear
