I had a problem with the first one we got (was sporadic loading up and reading DVDs), but they immediately shipped out a replacement - these folks have AWESOME customer service!!!

It did have a little problem within the warranty time frame, but DBPower was very quick to replace it, wonderful customer service!

We are very happy with the great customer service and the replacement player so far.
