I've never experienced customer service (and kindness from Alice!) from any company before (except Amazon - their customer service is incredible too).I am an experienced drone "pilot," so these are not user errors!First, setting up headless mode on the remote (the black remote) is a guessing game; ONE button for 3 different functions makes it very confusing
