but I did and don't regret it, the computer is running soooo much smoother without Windows Update running in the background, eating up all the RAM and filling up the hard drive

What we can do is use another computer (If available) and download the update on a flash drive using the steps mentioned below and reinstall the operating system

I would definitely recommend this computer to anyone else.

The only fix is to reset the computer back to the "installed" version of windows 10 and DISABLE all security updates and WINDOWS UPDATES completely
