The cost of these mounts, in my view, makes it a better option to just buy a higher end monitor with VESA mounting points, including from Dell.
If you need a bigger monitor than the typical 24" model, and you don't want to move to a TV because you need the high quality and rapid response rate that a monitor has to offer, then this is a great option.
Otherwise, there are better options.
