• Reviews around machine (4.49 of 5)

Dell XPS9560-7001SLV-PUS 15.6" Thin Bezel display, 7th Gen Core i7 (up to 3.8 GHz), 16GB, 512GB SSD, Nvidia Gaming GPU GTX 1050, Aluminum Chassis

    • Otherwise this is a fast, beautiful machine with the best display on a laptop that money can buy.
    • Expected a bit faster for being top end machine
    • I totally recommend this machine to anyone who need a powerful and working laptop.
    • And I have little confidence that the machine I'll get back in the mail will even be 100% working at this point
    • Dealing with this defective machine became a part time job
    • That said, this is a great machine and seemingly very powerful
    • Overall, it's a very nice machine, and I'd give it 5 stars if not for the HDMI port problem.
    • i had purchased this for my son, hes going through an architecture program, and he was looking for a portable, yet powerful machine, we researched very many like it but this one stood out from others such as the HP Spectre 360, Surface Book, and Lenovo Yoga
    • Excellent machine (5 stars), except for the wifi which is sometimes unstable (Killer) as per other reviews (drops down to 3 stars). Most of the time the wifi fine, but sometimes it start loses packets randomly and need to reset the adapter to get it back working.
    • However, I"m not too happy about the 4k screen, it costs a lot extra, but it takes weeks to get one of the 1080p versions, time I didn't have
    • They are all relatively fast compared to the old spinning hard disks, but when you pay for a premium product you expect it to work as it was advertised via the reviewers
    • The USB-C port is a fully featured one, not just USB 3.0 with a C connector - it supports alternative modes for output display and so forth
