This was not the case with De Longhi - awful customer service, lack of effort, poor communication, lack of follow-through and altogether bad experience.

Their are so many great products to choose from but GREAT customer service is unusual

I spoke with friendly customer service representatives wholed me through 2 video chats where they recognized the issue with mymachine and requested I return it for repairs (at my cost)

There are many videos on YouTube showing how creative people have spent hours in their shops modifying these pieces of the machine and have improved the design and performance

There is one missing piece of information and that is when you are steaming milk, the 'steam' button flashes..... this was not described and at first, I thought it was a failure of the machine, but apparently, once you push the 'steam button' and it flashes, then goes SOLID, now you are READY to steam milk (and after opening the valve first to release air,, then closing again), you are now ready to steam your milk.
