The lack of a ball and socket pivot-joint limits adjustability but keeps the weight low and keeps the phone closer to the vent to limit leverage on the vents.

This is a very solid phone holder; it holds the phone very firmly and is stable while driving.

During my daily commute my phone slides down until it eventually falls out

To further annoy, if you have a big phone in a tough case the mount spins to easily so your phone tends to flop to one side or the other if it's not centered in the mount

Vent phone holder is of good quality and very functional

Clips onto phone great, can be a bit loose on the air vent but that could just be the type of vents on my car

this may not work to well because holder and phone must be flat to vent outlet, not at an angle in the vent (you can twist phone right left (landscape and portrait) but can't adjust phone angle to vent outlet for secure install, phone must be close to oarrakek to vent, so if the vebt you want to use are at a significant angle, not close to veritcal this may not be best for you.

(Not a car mount false.)I would recommend this car mount to hold your precious phone and music player while you are driving.

Opening the "jaws" to insert the phone is also easier than on the Airframe but it doesn't lose hold of the phone by having less tension

Only thing I would like them to include is the small tip inside the arm that can fasten the phone and the cover flap since it annoy me a bit when driving and the cover flap would open and close while driving

As you very likely know, your phone will likely block the air vent that it's mounted to.

Works perfect for my car, I use the phone for navigation, holds it firmly in place and is swivels to where you need it, I’m going to order another one for my husbands car.
