Considering the concrete, iron and steel involved in that, you have to know that the signal on these is excellent, and will work through many miles of terrain

The signal is very strong because I tested the signal from underground parking 3 levels down to the other end at 6 floors up and the signal is still clear as day.

It doesn't require line of sight to work as the signal penetrates through walls and beams

Why do companies no longer make it possible to talk to them in order to resolve issues with their bad products?

Interference was a issue and have to comb through quit a few frequencies for a proper transmittance between radios and radio clip is not the best but works at times with the exception when in awkward position it can fall off but otherwise great product.

Not a good product does not stay connected to other walkie talkie and range is not good

We're using these as a version of an intercom (mainly to communicate with our 13 year in and around the house) and they work beautifully- crystal clear sound, great range, and there's no weird "glitches" where they shut themselves off randomly or any issues with any interference

For that purpose, I must say that in that 22 flor hotel test I did, the other set that I have (a 25 mile one) started static noise working at 16 floors

I'm a light user of walkie talkies, but these radios are great for talking to someone at the breaker panel when working on equipment or just calling down the hall to see how a job is going

I ended up returning these because I found cheaper and better working radios on Amazon for half the price
