Who knows, perhaps it was just a defective unit, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend it, I can only recommend the replacement item they sent that does work.*UPDATE: My original review currently remains the same; however, after reaching out to the seller (LeeKooLuu), they were quickly responsive in offering a replacement to see if it will resolve the issue

Previously i purchased a cheaper unit with smaller screen and small camera, but it's not nearly as adjustable and capable as this one

The first unit I received failed after 3 months of usage
