Most of the time, the game is much easier and more fun with two players because Oswald's AI is often terrible.
-
and great fun to watch from the Grandparents perspective
-
I enjoy the side-kick Oswald character because he's easy to play, fun to tag along and has the easy-flying ears for the big jumps.

Reviews around story (4.40 of 5)
-
The story was good, and the game seemed more straightforward than the original and easier to follow.
-
One star lost for a mediocre story.
-
Still, although this game has a pretty cool, Disney-style story, it's far more difficult to pick up than I would have thought
-
Is fun, entretaiment, good sound eefects, and a good story and acceptable graphics
-
Not a good game story is poor and it has a glitch that sometimes game player number 2 can't move

Reviews around disney (4.40 of 5)

With such a limitation, Disney could have had GOLD with internet gaming where two players could band together from anywhere to play the game together
-
If you love Disney you will love this one what more could you ask for.

The graphics are really good and the game play is easy but not overly easy.
-
Great graphics and interesting plot, but there are several areas that the kids couldn't figure out.
-
The graphics are good for a Wii game, almost like watching a movie.
-
I have to admit, the graphics are great, and this is one game that's even fun to watch

If your kids are comfortable using two controller movement in other games then this shouldn't be a problem
-
Younger kids might struggle with the game if they are still getting comfortable with Wii controls and are not capable of multitasking with control options.
-
The kids got bored very quickly.
-
Game is epic just like the title states, my kids enjoyed it as much as i did

My 3 kids, ages 10-15, played Epic Mickey the first one and loved it!
-
I'm going to have to play it again and thin most things, to see how it feels to play as "evil mickey" (haha).
-
Liked the first Epic Mickey better though- not as confusing.

Fixed the horrible camera setup from the first epic Mickey
-
Aside from the unresponsive controls and wonky camera, many elements of gameplay are simply not explained
-
Still bad camera angles just like the first one and on single

Reviews around control (1.69 of 5)
-
The controls are clunky, and the two player implementation is pretty poor
-
Having said that, there are some areas that I don't think you can "100%" without a friend (2-d platformers between worlds). As a sequel to the first one, it continues the decent controls
-
But when I got it, the controls were so awkward and confusing that I gave up after the first day.

Reviews around screen (1.22 of 5)
-
This can be even more irritating if two people are playing and the TV is in split screen
-
The split screen can be a bit challenging for them, but having them both be able to play is excellent.
-
With Epic Mickey 2, they don't have this device and instead opted for a split screen experience.
-
And the dynamic split screen is headache inducing.
-
And for two player the split screen is extremely annoying
