I like the sound, and it seems to be in tune

I am a tin whistle player and was interested in learning to play transverse Irish flute; but the price of the cheapest wooden models was pretty high for instruments that did not even get good reviews

Structurally its quite durable, but a bag for the flute is necessary since unlike its detachable cousins it cannot be disassembled
