I consider 15-20% negative reviews to be quite alarming, but I was so mesmerized by the videos taken from this drone on youtube, that I purchased it anyway

You can discard the bad reviews about the flyaways because that most likely happens for rookies thinking they can start off on this drone, uhnt uhh

DJI wants us to send it to them, but I'm weary of that given the terrible customer service reviews and the response I got from the gentleman on the phone who could not answer a simple question I had about what would happen if they decided it was our fault (as so many people have said has happened)

Not worth the money at all, read reviews even outside of Amazon to see that there are serious flaws with this Drone.
