    • Only problem unit was defective Contacted DJI support after waiting on hold….. 45 min then an hour with support resetting IMU multiple times and updating firmware
    • The worst - NO customer support
    • Chat support was very helpful.

    • I was alarmed enough not to purchase a DJI drone because of the poor support other purchasers have experienced when their drone either malfunctioned or needed repairs.
    • Believe what the other reviews say about the horrible support this company gives for its products.
    • My only complaint is not only the horrible tech support of DJI US

    • DJI at this point in time has horrible support, if that changes, it would be wonderful
