The obvious advantage is that my GH5 is vastly better than the Osmo pro camera.
When you updated the firmware the GH5 works reasonably well with the Ronin S - although I did have a few instances where the record button didn't work.

I love the idea to hold the trigger and be in lock mode but to have to keep holding all the time isn't practical, especially when u invert the gimbal for the low shots.
