I’ve spent 2.5 hrs trying to set this thing up.... after failing I contacted support where I spent another 75 minutes trying to set it up an still failed

Android version of the app has poor support

I'll continue to recommend that people either purchase Yuneec products (much better support) or purchase an ArduCopter flight controller and learn to build your own camera quad.

Read the DJI Spark forum before you consider a DJI product: poor support, no refund for a defective product unless you can produce the corpse

To have an online tech tell me, after 30+ minutes he cannot help me is some of the worst customer support anyone can receive.

I cannot support DJI as their support is either incompetent, overwhelmed or just outright bank robbers.
